The sentence was announced by United States Attorney for the District of Maryland Erek L. Hazel sentenced Darius Lawrence Young, a/k/a “Mup”, age 30, of Washington, D.C., today to 13 years in federal prison, followed by 5 years of supervised release, for conspiracy to commit kidnapping, in connection with the kidnapping of a victim from a Maryland hotel and casino and for possession of firearms and ammunition by a felon.
